Holy it was so cold today! It's actually snowing like crazy right now! What the? snow at the end of March? Got to love Utah weather. :)My run was pretty solid. I Just ran 20 min. I think I went a little too fast today because my hamstring started to hurt a little.

It was red liner day in the pool. I was pretty tired, but no worries, I finished the workout. :) to finish off the day, I did a super fun 20 min ab workout! :) It was just great! Basically my abs are rock solid now. Hahah not quite, but I like to think they are. :)that's about it for the day. Seems like shouts are the thing to do, so shout out to all my hommies back in Lehi! Love you guys! thanks for all the warm welcomes 😏
